Guitar Hero Addict
Hi everyone ... it's me, "that SCION girl " the All Motor Maniac. I hope everyone had an Awesome Christmas! Art & I finally got our own place in HB we moved into at the beginning of December. Santa didn't buy us everything we wanted, but Ahhhh… that's the beauty of gift cards and after Christmas discounts !!

I managed to get Guitar Hero 2 & 3 and have not been able to put either game down. Art & I stay up all night practicing but we still get our asses kicked when we play with friends! ( gimme a break I've only had it a few weeks) My car has been resting all winter long and we're about to wake her up. She needs a new wiring harness and hopefully we should have it by the end of the month.

We have some new things up our sleeve for 2008. Stuff that's costing us a fortune let alone, additional ulcers, heart palpitations, etc. You guys get the picture, right? We are excited about the upcoming season and running the Battle series because Frank is a Class Act and knows how to have a good time. I know he has some things up his sleeves as well. Well, that's the story of my life right now. Kind of bored and can't wait to get back on to the track.

In the meantime, I will be at my new place practicing Guitar Hero and trying to plan my house warming party. Enjoy the attached photos from my B-Day party in November & the Xmas party at the Slidebar in Fullerton, CA.

Happy Holidays Race Fans!
During the off season you have a lot of time to think about things, and as much as you're looking forward to some time off, it doesn't last long. You relax for a bit, but you always have next season to plan for. So you try and figure out how to make the car faster and quicker.

After about a month of relaxation you're already missing the track & the people you race with, the people who become your family when you're on the road as much as we are.

All the stupid things you did to entertain yourselves on those late nights when your all still up working to have the car ready for the next morning. Here are some photos of last season.

Most of these are my personal photos. Some of them aren't the best quality because they were taken on my cell phone, so I apologize in advance. Either way I hope you can see there is more to racing than just cars.
These were taken in a Flying J's truck stop after 12 hours of being in the truck ... I actually have a video that goes with this. Unfortunately, I was laughing sooo hard you can't make out any of what Jason was saying.
This was also prior to our tuner running through a field at Moroso Motorsports Park, chasing a live version of what Jason is for some reason trying to make out with ???
This is at VA Motorsports Park. Believe it or not, that's the track they're practicing taking off and landing on. I was told there was a military base nearby and they're practicing for a situation where they might have to land in a city environment.
This is a place called "nine mile creek" that we got to visit while chilling in upstate New York with Jay ... very picturesque.
This was also while we were in NY. While shopping in our favorite place, Art and Jay decided they were going to enter a bass fishing tournament that was being held in town. =X
This is our canoe for that same fishing tournament ...
These are from Las Vegas ... need I say more?? Driftoro ...
The wastegate that liked to eat fingers in Maryland ...
I swear it wasn't my idea to put Jeremy in this chair ... =X
A caricature from Hampton Beach boardwalk in NH, which is about 5 miles from the Epping track.
