Aloha
BLOG Readers!
It's been a while since I've
provided an update. Lots of changes are happening with the team
but great
changes! John and I are happy to announce that we have a new family addition on
the way
as I am pregnant. Our little man (yes, it's a boy) will be
arriving in August. With that, I am excited to make known that John will be
piloting the CRX for the first part of our race season.
He has already
received some valuable seat time as well as earning his NHRA competition
license. We are still working vigorously with our sponsors and continue to
develop our race program to its fullest. Although I am sadden that I will be
missing the first part of the West Coast season, I look forward to jumping into
the seat shortly after the baby arrives
so don't count me out! This season
we hope to accomplish many goals and continue to represent the grassroots
racers well. Best wishes to all the racers as the season continue! Be safe
while traveling. Hugs!
Aloha
Racers and Race Fans!
Things are going well for the race
team as we prepare for another exciting year of racing! We have been fortunate
enough to be profiled in the April issue of Honda Tuning. This marks our first
article featuring me, the race car and our sponsors. The photo shoot took place
at the beginning of the year, which means that 2008 is going to be an amazing
year. Special thanks to Aaron Bonk and Honda Tuning for keeping an eye on drag
racing and including a drag racer as their "first profile." Make sure to
support those that support drag racing and pick up your magazine today!
Testing has already begun on the CRX and we are anticipating great
things. We have been spending endless hours in the shop and are excited for the
race season to begin. In working with Go Power Motorsports, Skunk2, Darton
Sleeves and RC Engineering we have found some new power in the motor and hope
to be a strong contender in the All Motor class. We would like to thank our
sponsors for their continued support: Go Power Motorsports, Torco Oil, Skunk2,
Hondata, Darton Sleeves, Driveshaft Shop, and RC Engineering. Stay tuned for
more exciting news as we approach the start of the season!!!!!
